Then goes Soviet Unions hymn (not sure if i spelled it correct). and Then song dedicated to the Afganistan, that army leaves it, war is over. Sorry but it would be difficult to give an exact translations for that.

they keep saying good bye afghanistan for sure. the rest is hard to make out without being native.
