Should I ask her new husband's permission before responding? He's some breed of russian(Ukrainian, I think.) I'm not sure if it would be culturally taboo to ask him or if we should make this a secretive event. I've never met him before and they've only been married about 3 months. And the fact is, I found her first anyways. I don't know what to do, any help out there? My ex-wife asked me to go to Mexico with her because she needs a translator?
Well, if you are a cunning linguist, then I can understand why she would want you to go to Mexico with her. Don't worry about it. But anything that happens in Mexico, should stay in Mexico.
Edit: LOL that no one else realizes that you are not referring to the country Mexico, but rather going down south of your ex's border.
i think her new husband should know about the trip. if it is a secret, then that could lead to trouble. My ex-wife asked me to go to Mexico with her because she needs a translator?
kill him stuff him in a freezer at a local meat processing store and run off to Cozumel with ur ex wife.
translate = can you interpretate one language to a language i can understand?
translate does NOT = you found her first and if you want your leg over then you are in your full right to do so...
jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh !My ex-wife asked me to go to Mexico with her because she needs a translator?
Umm...yes he needs to know. Would you be happy if you found out that your wife left with her ex husband to Mexico, and didn't tell you? Yea you would. Tell him, its called respect.
I think your ex is trying to get you killed.
Those Russian guys are the deadliest men in the world-and in Mexico? Talk about a set up. If your wife wants an interpretor, tell her to hire one.
i think that you should tell your ex heck no! nothing good can come of this, especially if you hide it from her current husband. dude, people get shot over things like this, and it so isn't worth it. you were married, so there was at one time some attraction there, and what happens when the two of you end up in margaritaville doing tequila shots and you end up in the sack. so so so not worth it. avoid this situation like the plague.
I would not go, doesn't sound like a good idea..
LOL ! Don't mess with a Russian husband ever !!
Why is it that you have to ask him? That麓s his wife麓s job, not yours. And the fact that he is "some breed of Russian" doesn麓t make him more violent or less respectable. Where do your ancestors come from then? Respectable Great Britain or France?
Is it a taboo in any culture to make it a secret that you run to another country with your ex-husband without your husband knowing? If it has to be kept secret there is something she wants to hide. You wouldn麓t be the only Spanish-speaking person in the world she could ask to join her.
You found her first anyways. Good for you! Why is she your ex-wife? Because it didn麓t work out, no matter whether you were first?
If your out of the country, anything goes !
No rules .
Get boy, get it !
tell her you will go only if her husband is invited also. And they have a seperate room from yours. Make it a business trip. Make her pay for your service's. There's a reason you all are not married any longer. And she's married to someone else. Don't play games. She's not a prize.
The last thing you need is a mad Russian. You have to look at your intentions. If you are trying to get back with your Ex don't do it.
If you can take her away for her current husband someone could take her away from you. Don't do it.
Your ex needs to visit russia instead of Mexico. Tell her to get a spanish book for dummies or el stupidos.
Wow , you must have a death wish. If my x invited me on a trip to another country, to be a translator for her and she was married, i would see red flags popping up all over the place. There are many agencies, for a small fee that would comply with her needs. At this wtriting I have a brother from Denver Colorado who is traveling on his motor cycle threw south American. He has used this type of service 1 or more times having problems crossing boarders..You don't know how her new husband would react if he found out, you decided to except her invite, since you do not know him. I don't know your history with your x wife , but she could be setting you up . Think about it. if you are now married or in a relationship, would you feel comfortable if their x invited and they excepted it. I t does not matter whop found who first. you had you chance to make a life with her and it failed, so now respect the other man's want's and need 's in life and don't accept her invite.
I think you should tell her to go to a book store, purchase a Spanish Translator book, and write down the words and terms she would need to communicate.
What her current hubby does and does not know, should be of no concern to you.
She asked you to accompany her on a business trip ( I assume) to translate. I highly doubt it means anything more then that. You are probably cheaper then most translators.
