Help I need a Russian Translator.?

Alright, so I'm learning Russian but I'm very terrible at it and I recently have a new russian friend I've been talking to and he wrote:

"dela horosho, если правда нужна помощь обращайся"

Except I don't know what any of that means and all the websites I went to for translation game me something like.. If the truth is necessary the help address and that didn't make ANY sense what so ever.

dela horosho (дела хорошо) = "things are fine"



если правда = if it's true



нужна помощь = (you) need help



обращайся = [imperative] ask
