Translation from English into Russian - Please Help?

I need to know of a free PERFECT English to Russian translator.



And if you speak Russian I would love to know the following words:



-Peace

-Rat

-World



I know how to read Russian fairly well, I just can't seem to find these words in any of my old school books....Translation from English into Russian - Please Help?
peace as in world peace = 屑懈褉

The word "Mir' has two meanings in Russian, one is "World, Globe", the second "peace, opposite of war"

Voina i Mir= War and Peace.

Miry-Mir= The Peace to the World.

there's not such thing as a perfect translator, unless you're talking about a person. getting a personal interpreter can get pricey tho, so i'd settle for the next best thing - yahoo answers :)
