Celestina is absolutely right. But I must to correct some details:
It is required to capitalize first letters, because this is not everyday event. But you can omit double-dot under "e". So "小 袛薪械屑 袪芯卸写械薪懈褟" and "小 袛薪褢屑 袪芯卸写械薪懈褟" are equal.WITHOUT using a translator (because they arent usually correct) how do you say happy birthday in Russian?
"小 写薪褢屑 褉芯卸写械薪懈褟!" (Sdnyom razh-dye-nee-ya)
This is the normal way to say it but the full, formal way is
"小 写薪褢屑 褉芯卸写械薪褜褟 褌械斜褟 锌芯蟹写褉邪胁谢褟褞"
which literally means "I congratulate you with the day of your birth"
