"Yes, that's true"

"Well, it's possible"



What are the Russian words for "YES" and "WELL", and is there any way that an expert Russian translator (in Russia) could confuse these two words?Can you translate two RUSSIAN words?
"Well, it's possible" I'd translate as "Что ж (пожалуй), это возможно". It can be translated as "Да, это возможно" if there's not too much hasitation in the answer (depends upon the context).
"Yes, that's true":

"Да, это правда" (Da, eto pravda)





"Well, it's possible":

1. "Что ж, это возможно" (Choj, eto vozmojno)

2. "Да, это может быть" (Da, eyo mojet bit')





Yes = Да (Da)

"Well" usually translated as Хорошо; Да; Неплохо; Что ж (Khorosho; Da; Neplokho; Chtoj). It approximately means "good", "yes", "not bad" in russian.

ну всё же, это возможно and not like хорошо, это может быть

Well pronounced "horosho"



You can't confuse these two words since they carry different meamings.
