How do you say "I love you too" in Russian - NO TRANSLATORS PLEASE, ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE FLUENT!?

I know "i love you" is ya tebya lyublyu but what do i need to do to make it say "i love you TOO"???

ю = you
ж = j - it the same like you speak a word "joy" in first sound
я = ya - it the same sound like everyone says "yes" in Germany
I don't know how to write it in Cyrillic but it's pronounced "ya toja lublutzibah".How do you say "I love you too" in Russian - NO TRANSLATORS PLEASE, ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE FLUENT!?
try saying "also" or just repeat it back
