Is there a dictionary that translates English into Latin-written Russian?

For example, Squirrel translated into russian is 袘械谢泻邪, but 袘械谢泻邪 written with latin letters is Belka. I can find the translation of squirrel to 袘械谢泻邪, but not the belka portion. I would prefer a free translator, thank you!Is there a dictionary that translates English into Latin-written Russian?
