This IS Russian from an on-line translator or from someone who doesn't speak it very well. It's a transposition of English sentences in Russian (Russian has a very different structure).

"Sleep well and you don't have to apologize. "

(completely incorrect)

You too are ... beautiful for that

Arbitre is right: this is Russian from a very bad online translator, i.e. the sentence probably initially came in English and was badly translated into Russian. Here's the English version of it:
