Translators (Google, Babelfish etc) are a bit sketchy on translations, so I'm hoping to catch someone who's a native in Russia, or someone who fluently speaks Russian.

Google translator is right in this case. It’s Russian translation of the old Latin phrase "Memento mori" - "Remember that you must die".
