I've a letter with some phonetic russian words like these : 茫毛脿芒铆脿每,脨氓盲脿锚貌猫冒卯芒脿貌眉

I tried google translator and other sites to translate them but all of them failed. the I learned the phonetic word and searched google, but failed again. Is there any way to translate those words?

These are not Russian words and words of any other language in the world. This happens when your mail service uses wrong encoding system (differ than encoding system of sender). Try to change it (they usually have some variants of encoding) and then you will be able to read what they wrote you.
