Can someone translate "Have a great time at New Year's Eve!" in Russian in a proper* way?

*I don't need translator because it does not translate right, so if you don't know russian then don't answer please.

I'd just say "S novym godom, s novym schastiem!" at midnight (or shortly after) which means happy new year, [wishing you] new happiness



or, you can say s nastupaiushim all day dec 31st (sort of like happy almost new year)
