Typing russian?

I would really like to learn russian, a while ago i downloaded a russian keyboard "translator" almost, i had to get rid of it because it pretty much screwed my keyboard up lol.



i mean i have to click shift and 2 to get the @ sign lol.



but i mean is there not a way to simpley type russian using the english keyboard?Typing russian?

if you have a mac (leopard os x) like me, you can change to different keyboards by going system preferences-%26gt; international-%26gt; input menu, select russian, and then you should be typing on a russian keyboard. Later you can always just click the icon on the top bar and select the keyboard you want, I use it all the time for spanish. Then you simply need to try out the keys to see what each one corresponds to on a russian keyboard. Hope this helps, because I think that it is a lot harder on a PC.Typing russian?
